<br />after the rezoning to Mobile Home District (R-8) and after the improvement is completed <br />on property already zoned Mobile Home District (R-8). Thereafter, no building permit <br />shall be issued for improvements in mobile home districts unless said site plan is <br />approved by the City and said building permit shall be immediately revoked in the event <br />said site plan is not complied with. The site plan shall contain the following: <br />I. The name and address of all owners and developers of the proposed mobile home <br />court. <br />2. The legal description and lot size in acres of the proposed mobile home court. <br />3. The location and size of all mobile home lots, storage areas, recreation areas and <br />facilities, landscaping, existing tree growth, water areas, roadways, sidewalks and <br />parking sites. <br />4. Detailed landscaping plans and specifications. <br />5. Plans for sanitary sewage disposal, surface drainage, water systems, electrical services, <br />gas services, street lighting and topography diagrams. <br />6. Location and size of all public roadways abutting the mobile home park and all street <br />and sidewalk accesses from such street and sidewalk to the mobile home court. <br />7. Preliminary road construction plans and specifications including cross-section and curb <br />details. <br />8. Preliminary floor plans and elevation for all structures. <br />9. Description and method of disposing of garbage and refuse. <br />10. Detailed description of proposed maintenance procedure and grounds supervision. <br />II. Staging and timing of construction program irregardless of whether the entire area <br />will be developed at one time or in stages. <br />12. Such other reasonable information as shall be required by the City. <br />13. The applicant shall post a certified bond in the amount of one and one-half (I 1/2) <br />times the estimated cost of grading, street and walk construction, utilities installation, <br />recreational area construction and landscaping to ensure construction and implementation <br />of the development plan.
