The burden of proof is on the City to make <br />certain the definition and regulation are reasonable, applicable and equitable. <br /> <br />Rules of construction were discussed. <br /> <br />Clarify accessory structure to not include "shed" <br />Antenna - satellite dish antenna here <br />Subordinate building vs structure - define as one <br /> <br />Auto repair - major should be one ton or more <br />Auto repair - minor should be less than one ton <br />Change "auto" to "vehicle" <br />Auto service fuel - discussion of items to include <br />Basement definition to be rewritten and inclusive of Building Code <br />Boarding House - research IPMC for details <br />Building Height - use Building Code definition <br /> <br />Day Care - define to include "dwelling", remove regulation from definition <br />Should it be a CUP or Home Occupation? <br /> <br />Carbon Absorption - ok in restaurant uses <br />Dwelling - definition to be rewritten to strike "nursing homes, tourist homes, cabin, <br />trailer coaches" <br />Dwelling unit - keep "dwelling" broad, "residential building" <br /> <br />Define "family" <br /> <br />Clarify "garage sale", remove regulation from definition <br />Hotel - old definition - need update <br /> <br />Lot - parcels definition <br />Lot coverage needs definition <br />Lot line, front - on a comer lot - how to identify - could we use the addressed <br />side as the front? <br /> <br />Manufactured Home - should be consistent with building code <br />Mail orders - strike from Code <br /> <br />Mortuary - crematory should have a separate definition <br /> <br />Motor vehicles - in Section 407 City uses, State definition <br />Noxious matter - is "malaise" appropriate <br />Nursery School - is this the current term or day care <br /> <br />Define "non-permeable" surface <br />Parking space should use "vehicle" <br />
