<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant John <br />Gooding a 10 foot variance from Section 703.04Bla of the Roseville City Code based on the <br />findings in Section 4 of the project report dated 6/26/01. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Goedeke, Mastel, <br />Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
