Start-up charter school will be on the site <br />3. The two schools will total 50,000 s.f.. There will be 19,000 s.f. play area or as <br />required by CFL. <br />4. There are 3.5 spaces/l,OOO existing, but much fewer are used. <br />5. What restrictions should be placed on remaining space? <br />6. How can the city structure a PUD with uses and majority of space to be office <br />space? <br />7. Multech - what are on-site chemicals? Pope has inventory. <br />8. Randy Peek c/o Pope & Associates is the architect. <br />9. The Future Parcel is approximately 24 acres. Meritex has added replacement <br />windows, screen points (doors) and decks. <br />10. What are traffic patterns and emergency access to schooVsite? <br />11. School and driveway signage is needed. Trucking storage must be removed <br />from ball field area prior to start of school. <br />12. A minor "H-7" use allows up to 10% of the building area. <br />13. 6 to 10 buses can be accommodated <br />14. 26-35 employees. The teacher ratio will be 1/20 students <br />15. There will be one teacher per class plus up to 4-5 college students at one time. <br />16. Details of signage, lighting, fencing, trash handling needed. <br />17. There is no designated parking, nor is any planned <br />18. Meritex will supply a parking inventory and use/tenant schedule. <br />
