RAMSEY CO. <br /> <br />Joe Wozniak, Environmental Health Specialist <br />651.773.4442 <br />St. Paul-Ramsey County Dept of Public Health <br />1670 Beam Ave, Ste A <br />Maplewood, MN 55109-1176 <br /> <br />As indicated in the attached file (PF2820: RCA dated 9.25.00), in June of 1996 the Roseville <br />City Council approved a five-year interim use permit allowing the County to operate a <br />seasonal household hazardous waste collection site on County-owned property east of Kent <br />Street and north of Larpenteur Avenue. As a condition ofthe approval, the County <br />reported annually to the Council. Last Council action was September 25, 2000. <br /> <br />The five-year interim use permit will expire June, 2001. Therefore, the County would like <br />to begin the process to renew the permit. Site Operational information is included in the <br />oRCA indicated previously. <br /> <br />I called Mr. Wozniak on March 1st and advised him that we would begin the process by <br />sending the appropriate application materials to him for review and completion (done <br />March 1st) . I gave him your number Thomas to call if he had any questions.
