Wozniak <br />Environmental Health Specialist II <br />St. Paul-Ramsey County Department of Public Health <br />Environmental Health Section <br />1670 Beam Avenue, Suite A <br />Maplewood, MN 55109-1176 <br /> <br />RE: Request: Interim Use Permit to Operate a Satellite <br />Household Hazardous Waste Site (Kent & Larpenteur) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Wozniak: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the Roseville City Council's action, on Monday, <br />May 14,2001, relative to the request by Ramsey County Public Health to operate a satellite <br />household hazardous waste site on County property off of Kent Street and Larpenteur Avenue. <br /> <br />The Council unanimously approved a five-year Interim Use Permit with the following action: <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, to approve the jive-year interim use permit <br />requested by the Ramsey County Department of Public Health to allow the operation of a <br />satellite household hazardous waste collection site in the 1700 block of Kent Street <br />(located on County property adjacent (southwest) to the Community CorrectionsfaGility), <br />subject to the interim use permit being reviewed administratively on an annual basis on <br />the anniversary date of the resolution granting the interim use permit, with a staffreport <br />submitted to the Planning Commission and City Council as needed. <br />Roll call: Ayes Maschka, Goedeke, Klausing, Mastel and Kysylyczyn; Nays: None <br /> <br />We again look forward to receiving your annual report and if you should have any questions, <br />please do not hesitate to contact me. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br />City of Roseville <br /> <br />Thomas A.
