<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of June 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Council Member <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR QWEST <br />WIRELESS ALLOWING THE INSTALLATION OF TELECOMMUNICATION <br />ANTENNA AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT AT 2335 DALE STREET (PF3305). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Qwest Wireless has requested approval of a conditional sue permit to allow <br />the installation of a 60 foot tall monopole and accompanying equipment cabinets at 2335 Dale <br />Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property located at 2335 Dale Street is legally described as: <br /> <br />NEED PROPER LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1012.lOAl of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance states: City-owned <br />or controlled antennas and tower sites shall be a permitted use in "B" Business or "I" Industrial <br />Districts and conditional uses in all other districts; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1013 of the City Code stipulates criteria for approving conditional <br />use permits requiring the City to consider: <br /> <br />~ Compatibility with adjoining properties. <br />~ Impacts on traffic and public facilities. <br />~ Impacts on property value. <br />~ Impacts on general health, safety, and public welfare. <br />~ Compatibility with the Roseville Comprehensive Plan. <br />~ The process also allows the City to impose those conditions it considers necessary <br />to protect the public health, safety, and welfare. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parcel is zoned "R-l", Single Family Residence District, is located in <br />Comprehensive Land Use Plan Planning District 7, with a land use designation of"C", Civic; <br />and <br /> <br />1 <br />
