6.6 Electric and phone wires serving the equipment and monopole must be buried. 6.7 Parking of maintenance vehicles must occur in the off-street parking space directly adjacent to Lovell Avenue. 6.8 The 60 foot tall monopole and supporting equipment must be completely removed from the site by the applicant (Qwest Wireless) after operations cease; the equipment is damaged or unsafe as determined by the Roseville Building Official; the CUP elapses or is determined to be in violation by the Community Development Director. The City may require the applicant (Qwest Wireless) to post a bond to assure timely removal of the monopole and supporting equipment. 6.9 Prior to issuance ofa building permit, and within 60 days after approval of the conditional use permit must be recorded with the Ramsey County Recorder. 6.10 This conditional use permit shall expire 6 months after approval if a building permit has not been issued. (Section 1013.03) 7.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION 7.1 The staff recommends approval of the Qwest Wireless conditional use permit to allow construction of a 60 foot monopole tower and associated equipment shelter for the purpose of providing wireless communication services, based on the Sections 4, 5 and the conditions listed in Section 6 of the project report dated June 13,2001. 8.0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION 8.1 By motion recommending approval the conditional use permit to allow Qwest Wireless to install a 60 foot monopole, cylinder antenna, and equipment shelter (cabinets) at 2335 Dale Street, subject to the conditions listed in Section 6 of the project report dated June 13,2001.
