<br />~ - <br /> <br />3402829 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Dennis <br />Prokop a nine foot variance to Section 1004.04D5 of the Roseville City Code based on the <br />findings in Section 4 ofthe project report dated 6/11/01. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Goedeke, <br />Mastel, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 . <br />
