Although that would advantageous, I really only <br />want to expand the size of the unit I plan to occupy, and the two other units with bed <br />room res1rictions, plus the garage. I'm sony for the confusion, and I hope that didn't <br />lead to the delay. <br /> <br />, <br />In your letter, you also mentioned, the age of the structw'e, the number of units and the <br />zoning ordinance not confonning. I don't see what the age of the structure has to do with <br />anything. Prior to purchasing this building, we discussed the CUtTent use of the building, <br />and at that time you indicated the City had no problems with the 5 units but any <br />construction other than maintenance would require rezoning. Given the Comprehensive <br />Plan calls for R-3, and the fact the building has been used as a S W1it for over 2S years, I <br />felt this request was a wm-wm situation. <br /> <br />If the Community Development Department has some other concerns that I'm not aware <br />of, please let me know of them as soon as possible. <br /> <br />jj;~.1Ih ~ ;11jd <br /> <br />Dennis M.
