My "want to do lisf' includes adding a large garage, redo the existing 3 <br />season porch, modernize the floor plan and generally cure many of the cons1ruction <br />problems due to the age of the building. <br /> <br />In Dec. 2000, you researched your records to see if some recording em>r occurred in the <br />change from R-l to R-2. You indicated nothing appeared of record based on the <br />property's address only. I've talked to Lawrence Frattallone, who owned the property for <br />30 years, and he said it was a 5 unit when he purchased it ftom a Ann Jolmson. Perhaps <br />something will turn up usmg those names. <br /> <br />I'm hoping the fact that the City's Comprehensive Plan, that calls for HR.-High Density <br />Residential zoning for this property and the numbers of years this building has been used <br />as a 5 writ, will make this a simple and fast process. <br /> <br />In any event, I would like to start the process that will allow me to make these <br />improvements to this property. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />()~AAi.p <br /> <br />Dennis M.
