<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of June 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Council Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN 18 FOOT VARIANCE FROM SECTION 703.04B4 <br />OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR STEVEN MARCHEK, 2995 WEST OW ASSO <br />BOULEVARD (PF 3306) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Steven Marchek has requested an 18 foot variance from Section 703.04B4 <br />of the Roseville City Code in coordination with City's Pavement Management Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Marchek's property is located at 2995 West Owasso Boulevard and <br />legally described at as: <br /> <br />Loti, Block 4, Minnesota Realty Co. 's Owasso Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />(P1D # 022923130051) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 703.04B4 requires a 30 foot driveway apron setback from a street <br />right-of-way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mr. Marchek's existing driveway lies 12 feet from the Brenner Avenue <br />right-of-way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />variance request by Mr. Marchek and recommended (6-0) to approve the request, based on <br />findings outlined in Section 4 of the project report dated 6/12/01. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Steven <br />Marchek an 18-foot variance from Section 703.04B4 of the Roseville City Code based on the <br />findings in Section 4 of the project report dated 6/26/01. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />1 <br />
