<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of June 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Council Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 36 FOOT VARIANCE FROM SECTION 703.04BIA <br />OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR JOHN JAKEL, 3170 WEST OW ASSO <br />BOULEV ARD (PF 3307) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John Jakel has requested a 36 foot variance from Section 703.04Bla of the <br />Roseville City Code in coordination with City's Pavement Management Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Jakel's property is located at 3170 West Owasso Boulevard and legally <br />described at as: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Lake Owasso Park, Ramsey County, Minnesota (PID # 022923110003) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 703.04Bla requires a 26 foot maximum driveway apron width in <br />the public right-of-way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mr. Jakel's existing driveway is 62 feet in width to access the existing <br />detached garage, access towards the home, and provides off-street parking; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />variance request by Mr. Jakel and recommended (6-0) to approve the request, based on findings <br />outlined in Section 4 of the project report dated 6/12/01. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant John <br />Jakel a 36-foot variance from Section 703.04B4 of the Roseville City Code based on the findings <br />in Section 4 of the project report dated 6/26/01. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />1 <br />
