<br />May 7, 2001 <br /> <br />To: City of Roseville, City Planner <br /> <br />From: Thomas & Linda Ashworth, 2167 Haddington Rd., Roseville <br /> <br />Re: Planning file #3305; Project name: Dennis Prokop <br /> <br />My wife and I live across the street from the property, in question. <br />We are opposed to having the property rezoned <br />to allow up to 24 units. <br /> <br />We have no objections to the property given some sort of waiver to remain <br />at five units. The property owner may have no intentions of the property <br />expanding beyond 6 units, at this time. As we all know plans can change, and <br />usually do if, at a later date, profit is involved. <br /> <br />We already have an apartment building across the street which creates a level <br />of traffic, people and noise that encroaches on our property and privacy. <br /> <br />We have lived in our home for over 25 years and hope to stay another <br />25 years. Please do not allow over development to force us from our home. <br /> <br /> <br />Thank you for your time. <br />
