<br />1 Extract of Draft Planning Commission Minutes of June 13,2001: <br />2 <br />3 6(b) Plannine File 3310: Telstad request for a Variance to lot coverage and <br />4 required side yard setback for shed reconstruction at 2993 Fairview <br />5 Avenue. <br />6 <br />7 Chair Rhody opened the hearing and requested Thomas Paschke to provide a <br />8 verbal summary of the project report dated June 13,2001. <br />9 <br />10 James Telstad, 2993 Fairview Avenue, has requested a variance to replace an <br />11 accessory building that lies one foot from the property line or four feet into the <br />12 required five-foot side yard setback. <br />13 <br />14 The applicant was not present and the application was incomplete. <br />15 <br />16 Chair Rhody closed the hearing. <br />17 <br />18 Motion: Motion by Chair Rhody, second by Member Olson, to recommend <br />19 denial of the request by James Telstad for variances to Section 1004.01A3 <br />20 (Detached Accessory Building Size Limit), 1004.01A4 (Requirements for <br />21 Increasing Maximum Size), 1004.01A5 (Overall Area), 1004.01A6 (Maximum <br />22 Total Surface Area), and 1004.01A8 (Minimum Setbacks) of the Roseville City <br />23 Code. <br />24 <br />25 Ayes: Rhody, Olson, Cunningham, Duncan, Wilke, Traynor <br />26 Nays: None <br />27 Motion carried 6-0. <br />28 <br />
