<br />c. The verification of all (plan estimate) foundation and pavement/patio impervious <br />area and that this total coverage not exceed 35% (3,827 square feet) of the lot <br />area. <br /> <br />d. The accessory building and driveway extension (apron) meet all applicable <br />zoning setbacks, height, and design requirements. <br /> <br />e. The inclusion of a door(s) and windows as proposed on the submitted plans. <br /> <br />f. A maximum exterior wall height of nine feet and a maximum garage door height <br />of eight feet. <br /> <br />g. The installation of roof gutters to properly channel roof drainage away from the <br />adjacent residential property. <br /> <br />h. A maximum building height of 15 feet (to the midpoint of the roof truss) and the <br />installation of roof trusses that are of a similar design to that of the existing <br />structure and those contiguous to the property. <br /> <br />i. The accessory structure being constructed of a similar color and with similar <br />materials to that of the principal structure. <br /> <br />j. The use of the detached accessory building (garage) being limited to residential <br />storage and use only. <br /> <br />k. The applicant limiting the use of the existing tuck-under garage to dwelling unit <br />living space and applying and receiving a permit to begin the conversion of the <br />existing tuck-under garage space to living area at the same time as issuance of the <br />garage building permit. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, <br />Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka, Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
