<br />~ <br /> <br />-/ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />Conway's request on June 13,2001, at which hearing no citizens addressed the Commission <br />regarding the request; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission recommended (7-0) approval of the <br />request for a 14 variance from Section 1004.0 IE of the Roseville City Code to allow <br />construction of a garage addition into the predominant front yard setback based on the findings <br />of Section 3 and conditions in Section 4 of the project report dated June 13,2001; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve <br />request by John and Laurie Conway for a 14 foot variance from Section 1004.01E of the <br />Roseville City Code based on the finding indicted in Section 3 and conditions in Section 4 of the <br />project report dated June 26, 2001. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Maschka, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Mastel, <br />Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
