<br /> <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />April 23, 2001 <br /> <br />Mitch & Melissa Vrudny <br />2018 Hamline Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. & Mrs. Vrudny: <br /> <br />Thank you for your letter in response to the City of Roseville's offer to purchase your home under the <br />Housing Replacement Program. The City of Roseville is unable to accept your counter offer of $68,000 <br />due to our policy ~ot to pay more than the appraised value of the property.
