We accept an offer of $63,000.00 for <br />the sale of our home to the City ofRoseville. <br /> <br />We understand the conditions for the $63,000.00 offer, and would like to respond as follows: <br /> <br />· Final City Council approval on May 14, 2001 is understood. <br />· The,seller certifies that the seller does not know of any wells on the property. <br />· Cash at ciosing and an expedited close date are essential; we need to close before May 25, <br />2001. <br />· We understand our responsibilities in regard to property taxes. <br />· We appreciate the city's willingness to cover typical seller fees up to $400.00. <br />· We will provide any documentation that we possess which will help expedite ciosing. <br /> <br />This letter is to serve as our written acceptance of your final offer.
