In reviewing the appraised and assessed <br />values, the City of Roseville is offering to purchase your home at 2018 Harnline for $53,000. We <br />believe that this is a fair price for two reasons. <br /> <br />1. The City of Roseville will pay cash at dosing and will be flexible with a dosing date. <br />2. You can collect the entire $53,000 since there would be no realtor commission to pay. If you <br />put your house up for sale, a realtor would typically charge 7 to 10 percent of the sales price. <br /> <br />If you accept this offer, we can put together a purchase agreement to go back to Council for final <br />approval as soon as possible.
