<br />AGREEMEMT FOR CONTINUED <br />POSSESSION AFTER CLOSING <br /> <br />The City of RoseyilJe ("City") agrees that MidBel { Vrudny and Melissa Vrudny, <br /> <br />husband and wife ("Sellers"), may retain possession of the property at 2018 Hamline Avenue, <br /> <br />Rosevilfe, Minnesota, until the end of the day on June 9,2001, under the foIl owing terms and <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />I. Sellers will remove all personal property from the house, including any <br /> <br />household hazardous materials. <br /> <br />2. Sellers will pay all utilities through JUlie 9,2001. <br /> <br />3.
