Secure and record a release of that Certain Contract for Private Development between City of <br />Roseville and Greater Minneapolis Metropolitan Housing Corporation effective August 21, <br />2001 and referred to in Document No. 3427351. <br /> <br />2. File a certified copy of the name change from "The Greater Minneapolis Metropolitan\ <br />Housing Corporation" to "The Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation of the Twin \ <br />Cities" in the office of the Ramsey Countv Recorder. (This has been filed in the office ofthe I <br />Hennepin County Recorder as Document No. 7659826.) , <br /> <br />3. Warranty Deed from The Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation of the Twin Cities to \ <br />Jian Liang and Li Liang. <br /> <br />4. Provide Old Republic title with a Well Disclosure Certificate or the conveyance documents, <br />must contain the following language\. <br /> <br />THE SELLER CERTIFIES THAT THE SELLER DOES NOT KNOW OF ANY WELLS <br />ON THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. , <br /> <br />5. A properly executed mortgage from Jian Liang and Li Liang, and spouses, if any, to Wells <br />Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. <br /> <br />6. Your attention is called to Standard Exception C regarding Mechanic's Liens. Application, <br />discloses new construction.
