Provide Old Republic title with a Well Disclosure Certificate or the conveyance documents, must contain the following language\. THE SELLER CERTIFIES THAT THE SELLER DOES NOT KNOW OF ANY WELLS ON THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. , 5.
