Section 8.5. Notices and Demands. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, a notice, demand or other communication under this Agreement by either party to the other shall be sufficiently given or delivered if it is sent by mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested or delivered personally: (a) As to the CITY: Community Development Director City of Roseville 2660 Civic Center Drive Roseville, MN 55113 (b) As to the GMMHC: Carolyn E.
