<br />C. The stru~ture must take on the exterior appearance and be built with materials <br />similar to that of the office and chapel structures. <br /> <br />D. The structure shall be limited to a size of 30 feet by 60 feet or 1,800 square feet of <br />building arca. <br /> <br />E. A drainage plan must be submittcd at thc time of building permit application that <br />provides proper information on storm water run-off and management to the <br />Enginecring Department for their review and approval. <br /> <br />F. Thc Crematory must meet all applicable Federal, State (Department of Health and <br />Pollution Control Agency) and County building, health and emission, noise, air <br />quality codc/standards. <br /> <br />G. A rcviscd sitc plan including dimensioned infonnation must be submitted to thc <br />Community Dcvclopmcnt Dcpartmcnt for review and approval prior to building <br />permit issuance. Said plan must include parking stall width and depth, sidcwalk <br />and structurc dimensions. <br /> <br />H. Prior to issuancc of a building pcrmit, and within 60 days aftcr approval of the <br />conditional use permit, the conditional use pcrmit must be recorded with the <br />Ramsey County Recorder. <br /> <br />I. This conditional use permit shall expire 6 months aftcr approval if a building <br />permit has not been issued (Section 10 13.03). <br /> <br />1. The Planning Commission and City Council shall review the project, its <br />conditions of approval, the number of annual cremations, the hours of operation, <br />noise, and emissions two years after final approval and receipt oflicense. The <br />City Council may make modifications to the CUP at the time of review based on <br />non-compliance with the terms and condition of the projects approval. <br /> <br />K. The applicant must purchase an "ALL Modcl 2500 Elite" or similar and the <br />applicant must operatc at all manufacturcrs' specifications for emissions and <br />operations. <br /> <br />L.
