<br />RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH BOUNDARIES OF CEMETERIES <br />WITHIN THE CITY <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City <br />Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was <br />duly held on the 24th day of Septemb~r1990 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, <br />Thomas, and Rog, and the following were absent: <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Thomas <br />adopted. <br /> <br />moved that the following resolution be <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8616 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has passed an ordinance that <br /> <br />allows cemeteries as a special use within a R-l district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said ordinance requires permits for expansion of <br /> <br />existing cemeteries; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said ordinance states that the City Council shall <br /> <br />make an inventory of all cemeteries and by resolution determine <br /> <br />the boundaries of each and thereafter preserve records of which <br /> <br />are cemeteries. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the attached drawings and <br /> <br />legal descriptions properly represent the boundaries of Roselawn <br /> <br />and Temple of Aaron as of the date 9-24-90. <br />
