The work includes installation of city sidewalk, topsoil, <br />sod and two deciduous trees placed on the Hamline Ave side of the lot. <br /> <br />PROPOSAL: <br /> <br />II. City Sidewalk, Sod and Tree Installation <br />A. Installation of city sidewalk on the north and west side of property, <br />B. Replacement of city curb caused by moving the north entry 40' offset <br />from west property line. <br />C. Pulverized and screened topsoil installed. <br />D. Sod placed along open areas between the sidewalk and curbing. <br />E. Two deciduous trees installed (includes trees from nursery at a cost of <br />$250.00 or less. An additional charge will be assessed for any trees <br />over and above this price.) <br /> <br />INVESTMENT: <br /> <br />$ 11, 350.00 (Eleven Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars) <br /> <br />PAYMENT TERMS: <br /> <br />1/3 downpayment, 2/3 upon completion unless other payment terms agreed upon <br /> <br />All prices include: Two mobilizations, material, labor, taxes and insurance, <br />All prices exclude: Bonding, city permit fees, QA/QM testing. <br /> <br />All material to be used meets Minnesota State specificatians. All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to <br />standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from the above or attached specifications involving extra costs will become an extra <br />charge over an above this agreement.
