<br /> <br />November 21, 2001 <br /> <br />Perry Noland <br />Roseville Auto Repair <br />2150 Hamline Avenue <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Site Visit regarding improvements in accordance with approved variance <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Noland: <br /> <br />Thank you for taking the time to meet with the Roseville City staff regarding the improvements _ <br />completed at your business located at 2150 Hamline Avenue. The City staff on site-included <br />Dennis Welsch, Cathy Bennett, Jim Henneck, Deb Bloom and Jeff Evenson. This includes <br />representation from permits, engineering, landscaping and grants. <br /> <br />Based upon the site visit it is the determination that all improvements have been satisfactorily <br />completed with the exception of the following: <br /> <br />. A planted hedge must be installed along the west and north perimeter of the property in <br />addition to the street trees that have already been installed. A landscape plan must be <br />submitted to the Community Development Department with approval by the Landscape <br />Architect prior to planting. The landscape improvements must be completed in the spring <br />of2002. <br /> <br />.
