<br />THIS AGREEMENT, made this 30th day of Sep ember,
<br />by and between HORIZON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, hereinafter
<br />called Horizon, a Minnesota corporation, and THE FIRST NATION-
<br />AL BANK OF SAINT PAUL, a United States corporation, Grantors,
<br />
<br />and. INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 623, ROSEVILIE: MINNESOTA:

<br />a Minnesota public corporation, Grantee,
<br />
<br />WITNESSETH, That Grantors, the fee owner and mortgagee,
<br />respectively, of Parcel A, in consideration of the sum of One
<br />Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration do
<br />
<br />hereby grant, assign and set over to Grantee, the fee owner
<br />
<br />, of Parcel B, its successors and assigns, a non-exclusive ease-

<br />ment for ingress, egress, driving and parking of automobiles
<br />upon the driveways and parking places, and use of the loading
<br />dock and adjoining aprons and sidewalks, constructed or to be
<br />constructed by Horizon on that parcel of land in Ramsey County,

<br />Minnesota, described as follows:

<br />North 545.41 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 29 N.,
<br />Range 23 W., except the North 480.41 feet thereof.
