<br />Created by Industries Co., this scholarship is annually awarded to two <br />outstanding students who are likely to make a significant contribution to the <br />profession of acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Funds are intended to assist <br />students for advanced studies or towards the cost of starting the practice. <br /> <br />Execution of Enrollment and Instrument Not to be <br />Negotiated <br /> <br />The enrollment agreement shall be deemed to be in effect when the notice of <br />acceptance is delivered, or on the postmark date of the letter of acceptance. <br />AAAOM shall not negotiate any promissory instrument received as payment of <br />tuition or other charge prior to completion of 50 percent of the course of <br />instruction. Prior to such time, such instruments may be transferred by <br />assignment to purchasers who shall be subject to all defenses available against <br />the school named as payee. <br /> <br />53 <br /> <br />--.--------- <br />
