<br />variance request by Mr. Root and recommended (7-0) to approve the request, based on findings <br />outlined in Section 3 of the project report dated 7/11/01. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant <br />Douglas Root a variance from Section 1004.01A7 (Location) and a three-foot variance from <br />Section 1004.01AI0 of the Roseville City Code based on the findings in Section 3 of the project <br />report dated 7/23/0 I. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Klausing and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Mastel, Mashka, <br />Kysylyczyn, Klausing, and Goedeke. <br /> <br />and the following voted against: none <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
