June 14.2001. at 3:30 p.m.. in the <br />Roseville Citv Hall Communitv Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Corey Doerfler, 2943 Galtier Street, has requested a Setback Permit to allow construction of a <br />second stall onto the existing single stall attached garage on the premises. The proposal requests <br />a two-foot encroachment into the required 10-foot side yard setback to allow construction <br />of the garage addition to occur eight feet from the side (south) property line. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also allow for the opportunity to comment at the above-mentioned <br />hearing. Should you have any comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit <br />application, please feel free to attend the meeting on June 14,2001, or call me at 651-490-2236. <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the application, and site plan.
