The variance request seeks to a deviation from <br />Section 703.04Bla of the City Code to allow a driveway apron in the public right-of-way to be <br />increased from the required 26-foot maximum width to a width of approximately 55 feet at the <br />street curb. <br /> <br />The DRC detennine that the application is acceptable and has forwarded the request to the <br />Wednesday, July 11,2001 Roseville Planning Commission meeting which is held at 6:30 p.m. in <br />the Roseville City Hall Council Chambers. Notice of this hearing will be forthcoming. <br /> <br />Thank you for your application and I look forward to working with you in the future. The City <br />will develop the project report approximately two weeks prior to the Planning Commission <br />meeting and if additional information is necessary the City will contact you.
