<br />., <br />f <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />variance request by Mr. Grotenhuis and recommended (7-0) to approve the request, based on <br />findings outlined in Section 4 of the project report dated 7/11/01. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Paul <br />Grotenhuis a 17 foot variance from Section 703.04Bla of the Roseville City Code based on the <br />findings in Section 4 of the project report dated 7/23/01. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Klausing and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Mastel, Mashka, <br />Kysylyczyn, Klausing, and Goedeke. <br /> <br />and the following voted against: none <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
