Member Cunningham was opposed to the variance. <br /> <br />Chair Rhody recommended viewing each variance on its merits and uniqueness. Member <br />Mulder spoke in favor. <br /> <br />Motnol!]: Member Mulder moved, seconded by Member Rhody, to recommend <br />approval of a 176 square foot variance from Section 1004.01 A5 to allow construction of <br />a detached accessory building 1,008 square feet in size for property located at 1166 <br />Laurie Road, based on the comments and findings in Section 3, 4, and 5 of the project <br />report dated August 8, 2001. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5, Wilke, Duncan, Mulder, Rhody, Traynor <br />Nays: 2, Cunningham, Olson <br />Motion carried 5-2. <br />
