D. 2001 <br />at 10:50 oclock~ <br />County Recorder <br /> <br />f?;:,\~ <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <~>~')j' <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 27th day of August 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9929 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 176 SQUARE FOOT VARIANCE TO <br />SECTION 1004.01AS OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1166 LAURIE ROAD (pF 3325) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Fred and Laurie Boucher have requested a 176 square foot variance to <br />Section 1004.01A5 (Overall Area) ofthe Roseville City Code in order to construct a 1,008 <br />square foot detached garage in their rear yard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Boucher property is located at 1166 Laurie Road and legally described <br /> <br />as: <br /> <br />f <br /> <br />Lot 9, Block 2 Golden Oaks" Ramsey County, Minnesota (PID # 102923440050). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.01A5 allows accessory buildings up to but not exceeding the <br />size of the principal structure foot print or in the case of the Boucher principal structure 832 <br />square feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Boucher propose a detached accessory building 24 feet by 42 feet that <br />would be 176 square feet larger than their present home (principal structure); and <br /> <br />1 <br />
