<br />Community Development Department <br />651-490-2279 . fax: 651-490-2931 <br /> <br />August 28, 2001 <br /> <br />Fred and Laurie Boucher <br />1166 Laurie Road <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Request for Variances and a Conditional Use Permit <br /> <br />Dear Fred and Laurie: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to confinn the Council action of August 27,2001, relative to your <br />request for two variances and a conditional use pennit to enable construction of a 1,008 square <br />foot detached garage on your property at 1166 Laurie Road. <br /> <br />The Council, by 4-1 vote, approved the following allowing for the construction of your garage: <br /> <br />1) Adopted a resolution approving a 108 square foot variance to Section 1004.01A3 of <br />the Roseville City Code (Detached Accessory Building Limit), based of the <br />comments and findings listed in the project report dated August 27,2001; and <br /> <br />2) Adopted a resolution approving a 176 square foot variance to Section 1004.01A5 <br />(Overall Area) of the Roseville City Code, based on the comments and findings in the <br />project report dated August 27,2001; and <br /> <br />3) Adopted a resolution approving a conditional use pennit to allow the construction of <br />a 1,008 square foot detached accessory building, with a maximum nine foot door and <br />nine foot wall, based on the comments and findings in the project report dated August <br />27,2001. <br /> <br />With this approval, you may apply for the building penn it to construct the garage within the <br />limitations listed above. <br /> <br />If you have any questions relative to the Council's action, or the process hereafter, please call me. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Thomas Paschke <br />City Planner <br />
