' <br /> <br />The purpose of this notice is to seek information and comments regarding the Kathleen Agness <br />dba Schorn Real Estate and River Valley Mortgage Interim Use Permit approved by the <br />Roseville City Council on September 24, 2001 with 14 conditions. <br /> <br />This five year Interim Use Permit also contained a requirement for an annual administrative <br />review for compliance with the 14 conditions. The Community Development Staff will prepare <br />a brief presentation regarding compliance for the Planning Commission (October 2) and City <br />Council (October 14).
