<br />August 8, 2001 <br /> <br />ADDENDTP1 TO OUR ORIGINAL HEARING STATF.~1ENT <br /> <br />In a letter dated June 12, 2001 to neighborhood residents from <br /> <br />Kathleen Agness inviting them to an informal neighbood meeting on <br /> <br />June 20th, it was stated - quote - "Since our business is housing, <br /> <br />I feel it is imperative that the home be maintained in extremely <br /> <br />good condition and to keep the residential look; and I do not intend <br /> <br /> <br />to change the physical appearance of the property.1I End quote. <br /> <br />Now please direct your attention to paragraph 2.3 in the August 8th <br /> <br />Request for Planning Commission Action report. The second sentence <br /> <br />of this paragraph reads as follows: "One of the owners also called <br /> <br />(City Hall) asking for details of hmoJ' to obtain a permit to pave <br /> <br />the front yard for parking."
