~I EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE "1!?. ~i@u Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 23rd day of July, 2001, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Kysylyczyn, Klausing, and Goedeke and the following were absent: None Council Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 9910 A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD REGARDING A REQUEST BY KATHLEEN AGNESS FOR A COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN AMENDMENT AND REZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2256 LEXINGTON AVENUE (PF3329) WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Kathleen Agness for consideration of a Comprehensive land Use Plan Amendment and Rezoning on June 21, 2001; and WHEREAS, said application was reviewed and accepted as complete by the Community Development Department on June 27, 2001; and WHEREAS, said application was submitted after the June 11, 200 I deadline for the July 11,2001 Planning Commission agenda; and WHEREAS, the application will be forwarded to the August 8, 2001 Planning Commission and the August 27,2001 City Council meetings; and WFEREAS, the 60-day review period expires on August 20,2001, thus creating the need for a review extension; WHEREAS, city staff has requested a 60-day extension to the 60-day review period, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow the proper review and consideration of the Agness request. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Kathleen Agness (Schorn Realty) for consideration of a comprehensive land use plan amendment and rezoning be extended for 60 days, from August 10,2001 to October 9,2001. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Klausing and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Mastel, Mashka, Kysylyczyn, Klausing, and Goedeke. and the following voted against: none WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
