<br />Community Development Department <br /> <br />May 21, 2001 <br /> <br />Schorn Realty <br />2256 Lexington Avenue <br />Roseville, Mn. 55113 <br /> <br />Re: Establishment of Finance/Realty Office within R-l zone at 2256 Lexington Avenue <br /> <br />Dear Schorn Realty Manager: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is inform you that by opening a finance/realty office in a "Rl" <br />single family residential zoning district at 2256 Lexington A venue you have violated the <br />Roseville City Code, specifically Zoning Section 1004.02 (attached) which permits only <br />single family homes, parks, churches, school, convents and public buildings and libraries, <br />low impact public or quasi public buildings, state licensed residential and group family <br />day care and child day care facilities. <br /> <br />The City records do not indicate that a rezoning to an office zone or other approvals for <br />an office building were ever approved for this R-l zoned site (2256 Lexington Avenue). <br />Please provide evidence of prior approval or comply with the City Code by removing the <br />non-permitted use (or uses) from the site wit' of receipt of this letter. <br /> <br />Failure to comply with the City ode . h'9:~a~ . orce staff to seek city attorney <br />and court actions.
