The <br />nearby neighbors would be much happier with the busift~ss I am operating out of the <br />building as opposed to the music school for many reasons: 1) I have significantly less <br />traffic than the music school; 2) office hours are generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with <br />approximately 12 cars during those hours (there also may be an additional 1 -2 cars when <br />a client is in the office, however, we usually meet clients off-site; 3) since our business is <br />housing, I feel it is imperative that the home be maintained in extremely good condition <br />and to keep the residential look; and 4) I do not intend to change the physical appearance <br />of the property. <br /> <br />I will be asking the Roseville City Council to look at rezoning this property so I can <br />continue to operate my business. If the request is denied, I will be forced to close the <br />business and all the hard work and money will be lost. I believe it is extremely important <br />to hear what my neighbors think of this business being here b<:cause I believe your opinion <br />may impact the Cay's d~cision to rezone. 1 am inviting you to come and meet me and my <br />staff and ask us any questions you may have.
