In March they pushed snow against her basket weave fence and pushed a panel through - then later in the season she noticed another panel pushed through. She contacted Kathleen at Schorn who advised she would have Bill Schorn look at it - Mr Schorn advised he was waiting to hear from you on this matter as to if/why/how to replace --- Schorn finally did put the fence panel up - but did not fasten it.... Mrs Goodroad is quite upset about the way this looks and is worried that Schorn will not fix - she said you have been very good about helping her in the past and would like you to call her on Monday to see how she should handle this - could she "have someone else fix it and bill Schorn Realty?"
