Kathleen Agness, owner of the Rymer, has sent letters to the neighbors asking for
support in her rezoning case and has an open house today at 5:30pm. Agness says in the letter that she bought and
occupied the building in December of 2000, with assurances from realtors Charles and Arlene Conrad of Re-Max (Lex at
Roselawn) that offices could be put in the Rymer building because Rymer had a SUP. Agness pleaded her case of not
knowing the zoning and the amount of time and money put into the site already. Agness thinks the impact would be
positive, less cars(12) and parking then a music school, hours 8 to 5 , not evening, no change to exterior. She has asked
the neighbors to sign a letter in support of her remaining on the site. The two adjoining neighbors are concerns about what
zoning change would occur and what could happen to the site in the future; the neighbor also asked if the court citation
would proceed, if no rezoning (yes). What have you received on this to date? Dennis

Merrilee: Could you please add this to the complaint file.
