<br />1012.08 <br /> <br />~d\~ ~~ Code ~c<<pt- <br /> <br />1012.10 <br /> <br />review by the Planning Commission <br />and City Council as established in the <br />appropriate sections of this Code. <br />(Ord. 1100, 8-26-1991; amd. 1995 <br />Code) <br /> <br /> <br />Authorized By City Council: The City <br />Council may authorize an interim use <br />of property. Interim use might not be <br />consistent with the land uses desig- <br />nated on the adopted Land Use Plan. <br />They might also fail to meet all of the <br />zoning standards established for the <br />district within which it is located. <br /> <br />Conditions For Interim Use: The City <br />Council may attach conditions to inter- <br />im use permits. In reviewing interim <br />use permit applications, the City will <br />establish a specific date or event that <br />will terminate the use on the property. <br />The City Council will also determine <br />that the approval of the interim use <br />would not result in adverse effects on <br />the public health, safety and welfare <br />and that it will not impose additional <br />costs on the public if it is necessary <br />for the public to take the property in <br />the future. <br /> <br />C. Application: Applications for interim <br />uses shall be processed in the same <br />manner as conditional use permits as <br />established in Section 1013.01 of this <br />Title. (Ord. 1086, 1-14-1991; amd. <br />1995 Code) <br /> <br />1012.10: TOWER AND OTHER STRUC- <br />TURE HEIGHT AND PLACE- <br />MENT LIMITATIONS: <br /> <br />A. Private And Commercial Antennas <br />And Towers: <br /> <br />City of Roseville <br /> <br />1. City-Owned Aritennas And Towers: <br />City-owned or controlled antennas and <br />tower sites shall be a permitted use in <br />B Business or I Industrial Districts and <br />a conditional use in all other districts. <br /> <br />2. Private Antennas And Towers: <br />Private (noncommercial) receiving or <br />transmitting antennas and towers <br />more than twenty feet (20') in height <br />above the .principal structure height in <br />residential districts or more than fifty <br />feet (50') in height above the principal <br />structure height in business and in- <br />dustrial districts shall be a conditional <br />use in all districts. <br /> <br />3. Commercial Antennas And Towers - <br />City Sites: Commercial receiving or <br />transmitting antennas and towers <br />regardless of height or size with the <br />exception of satellite dish antennas <br />shall connect to and use the City <br />tower sites if use of such facilities is <br />technically feasible. <br /> <br />4. Commercial Antennas And Towers - <br />Non-City Sites: Commercial receiving <br />or transmitting antennas and towers <br />not located on a City tower site shall <br />be a conditional use. Commercial <br />receiving or transmitting antennas and <br />towers may only be located in B Busi- <br />ness or I Industrial Districts. The. City <br />may establish permit review periods, <br />,tower termination, time limits or an <br />amortization schedule specifying the <br />year in which the tower shall be taken <br />down by the applicant or assign. A <br />performance bond or other surety may <br />be required by the City in order to <br />assure removal of the tower at a spe- <br />cific date. <br /> <br />5.
