<br />EXCERPT FROM <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF JULY 19, 1960 <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the Village Council held July 19, 1960. <br /> <br />The Village council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor <br />Cedarholm, Flanagan, Carlson, Keene and Shields. Attorney Loftgaarden was also present <br /> <br />The terms and conditions of the Rymer School of Music special use permit <br />request set up in two meetings attended by Mayor Cedarholm, Charles Soutter, <br />Chris Petersen, Ernest Kluegel, Mr. Rymer and Howard Dahlgren, Mr. Mcberg. <br />Several people spoke in opposition to the special use permit. Mr. Rymer and <br />Mrs. O'Connor spoke in favor of the special use permit.
