<br />rW <br /> <br /> <br />July 9, 2001 <br /> <br />Donald & Kathryn Anderberg <br />3070 West Owasso Boulevard <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Setback Permit for Existing Driveway Condition. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. & Mrs. Anderberg: <br /> <br />On June 28, 200 I, the City of Roseville Development Review Committee (DRC) held a hearing <br />on your request to allow your driveway to encroach up to the side yard (southwest) property line. <br />Your Setback Permit, a product of Roseville's Pavement Management Program, requested a five- <br />foot allowance of encroachment into the required five-foot side yard setback. The DRC <br />recommended approval of the setback permit to allow the existing driveway and any driveway <br />replacement to encroach up to your southwest property line. The purpose of this letter is to <br />inform you that I have concurred with the reasoning set forth by the DRC and have approved the <br />Setback Permit. <br /> <br />I also concur with the DRC conditions attached to the setback permit, which are as follows: <br /> <br />I) Any driveway replacement will require the verification of the southwest property line <br />either by exposing the property comer pins or by provision of a property survey. <br /> <br />Should you have any questions regarding the Setback Permit approval, please feel free to call <br />Thomas Paschke, City Planner at 651-490-2236. <br /> <br />Regards, <br /> <br />CITY of ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />~~k~ <br /> <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br />cc: PF3332 <br /> <br />2660 Civic Center Drive .:.
