<br />Maschka moved, Wall seconded, that the second reading of an ordinance
<br />amending City Code Chapter 1104 and 703, to add surface parking requirements
<br />per the draft ordinance with additions, if any, be continued to the regular City
<br />Council meeting of Monday, September 23, 1996. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />H-3 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the first reading of the following
<br />ordinance amendments be approved:

<br />AMENDMENTS
<br />
<br />1. An ordinance amending the Roseville City Code, Chapter 1010.15, to
<br />add requirements for professional landscape plans.
<br />
<br />2. An ordinance amending the Roseville City Code, Section 1013, clarifying
<br />procedure and timing for Conditional Use Permits and variances.
<br />
<br />3. An ordinance amending the Roseville City Code, Section 1008, regarding
<br />timing and procedure to establish a Planned Unit Development.
<br />
<br />4. An ordinance amending the Roseville City Code, Section 1102.01,
<br />changing notification distance for subdivisions to 350 feet, and the review
<br />period by the Planning Commission.

<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the second reading of the above
<br />ordinance amendments be continued to the regular City Council meeting of
<br />Monday, September 23, 1996. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />H-4 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9322A, finding that a ~i~~~~-'
<br />Comprehensive Plan amendment and Conditional Use Permit are not required 9322A
<br />concerning the Dennis Batty/Roseville Covenant Church request for City
<br />approvals at 2865 Hamline Avenue North, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9322B, approving Denn's
<br />Batty/Roseville Covenant Church request for a preliminary and final plat,
<br />consolidating four lots into one, at 2865 Hamline Avenue North be adopted
<br />subject to the following conditions:

<br />1.
<br />
<br />The project has three sides that could have sidewalks constructed
<br />on them. They are Hamline, Centennial, and County Road C-2. A
<br />cash contribution of$13,350 to the City Sidewalk Fund is required.
