<br />A <br /> <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION <br />A TT ACHMENT FOR ROSEVILLE COVENANT CHURCH <br /> <br />Line Item #7 <br /> <br />Roseville Covenant Church (RCC) has entered in a purchase agreement with the owner <br />of the duplex located adjacent to the west end of our church property. The purchase of <br />this property is contingent upon this property being approved for church use by the City <br />of Roseville. The City Code that is of issue to our understanding is Section 1004.02, item <br />number 4. IfRCC purchases this duplex, the next duplex to the west of the duplex we <br />intend to purchase will not be greater than 30 feet away. <br /> <br />It is the intent of RCC to use this duplex as expansion space for our current church <br />building. The main floor of the duplex would very likely be used for church offices and <br />the basement area would be used for storage. It is not in our current plans to make any <br />changes to the outside of the duplex. The entrance to the church offices in the duplex <br />would be on the south side of the house or from the church parking lot. The front door of <br />the house on County Road C2 would not be used as the main entrance. RCC would have <br />signage on the church property directing people to use the south door entrance to the <br />duplex. People that would be working in the duplex church offices would park their cars <br />in the church parking lot. <br />
