File 3327: A request by Bauer Homes for a Variance to Section 1004.02D4 of the <br />Roseville City Code to allow the construction of a new home at 961 Heine1 Drive. <br /> <br />7. File 3336: A request by Family Academy for an amendment to an existing Interim Use <br />Permit to allow a smaller office/classroom modular unit and locate said unit closer to the existing <br />school building at 3000 Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />b. File 3340: A request by Advent Lutheran Church for a Variance to Section 1004.01A4 <br />(Requirements for Increased Size) and a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a 30 <br />foot by 40 foot (1,200 square foot) detached accessory building in the rear yard (south) of the <br />premises located at 3000 Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />c. Planninl! File 3341: A request by Clinton Freeman for a Variance to Section 1012.02B2 of the <br />Roseville City Code to allow construction of a fence greater than four feet tall in the front yard on <br />property located at 1296 Woodhill Drive. <br /> <br />d.
