<br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />September 11, 2001 <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Reichenbach <br />1858 Hamline Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Request for Variance from Maximum Total Surface Area Coverage <br />and Front Yard Setback <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Reichenbach: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to confirm that the Roseville City Council, at their meeting of <br />September 10, 200 I, adopted the Resolution (copy attached) approving your request for a <br />variance, as follows: <br /> <br />A 3.7% (363 square foot) variance to Section 1004.01A6 (Lot Coverage), and a six foot <br />variance to 1004.0lE (Front Yard Setback) <br /> <br />This approval allows the construction of the proposed 10-foot by 39-foot (390 square foot) <br />kitchen and covered porch addition onto the front of the existing home, as stipulated in your <br />variance request. <br /> <br />If you have any questions about the Council action, please call me.
